We care for your wellbeing with our pure vegetarian menu; a vegetarian diet can give you health benefits, mainly reducing your heart disease risk, and diabetes.

A healthy diet is a doorway to a healthy body and mind. Nourish swears by this philosophy and therefore, has created a restaurant with healthy vegan and vegetarian options to implicate it. We offer a variety of dishes made up of plant-based ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, grains, and legumes.

We also cater to specific dietary needs such as vegan and gluten-free options.


Nourish has a capacity for 60 people considering its indoor and outdoor seating. Avata also has an outdoor garden space that can be used as an extension of the restaurant.

The 6-course meal at Nourish by Avata is a blend of delicacies that bind different flavors of Nepal. All dishes are prepared using traditional Nepali herbs and spices that aid in the assimilation of our food intake. These spices are carefully selected to balance the fire and air elements in our bodies. All the fruits and vegetables used are seasonal and represent the geographical diversity of Nepal.


The Nepali Thali, which is our main course is an interesting combination of carbs, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It’s a complete Nepali meal, a staple to a majority of the population. This 6-course meal will surely surprise your palate and introduce you to Nepal ko Swad (Taste of Nepal).
