Yoga can be the easiest thing to practice and the hardest to master. Therefore,  Nabi's style of asana practice is loving-kindness. She encourages those who would like to share the practice with her to listen to their bodies, to breathe, and to be gentle with themselves. Although we gather to practice together, we should be able to respect the space, ourselves, and others. It's not a competition, it's a gradual process to know ourselves.

 

Nabi's favorite style of practice is Hata & Yin yoga simply because it brings about balance, which should be our natural state, and sometimes it just feels right to give our body a break. Whatever style you want to practice, just remember to do it with loving kindness, respect, patience, and continuity. That's all it takes.

 

Anybody can breathe. Therefore, anybody can practice yoga
